Spanish home seeker is based in Blackpool, Lancashire UK and Spain’s Costa Blanca. With a wealth of experience and local knowledge of the Costa Blanca, each member of our team is dedicated to offering you a personal service, based entirely on your requirements.

We are a branch of the established family owned Property Company, Raistrick Shaw Properties. Raistrick Shaw has been trading for a number of years and has been involved in every aspect of the property market.
We set up this branch of the company to help people buy property in Spain, particularly on the Cost Blanca.

Our role is to assist you in each aspect of choosing and purchasing a property in Spain. We will help you select the area and property of your dreams and then guide you through the buying process. The idea is simple; you tell us where you would like your home to be, what kind of property you would like and how much you want to spend. We take your details and find a number of properties for you. We will list only what you have asked for.
